Once you're full, head back to the Main Stage Theater | Hall A | Booth 381 for the panel, Elevating the Patient Experience: A Holistic Human-Centered Approach to Care, at 2:00. The session will focus on innovative digital strategies to enhance patient engagement.

Wednesday
10:00 A.M.: Start your day off with Patient Experience Turned Upside Down in PE365 Theater | Hall D | Booth 5678. This panel is special to us because it offers a sneak peek at our friend Ed Marx's newest book of the same name, which he co-authored with speaker Chris Ross.
At 1:00, go to room W224E for Reinventing Healthcare Delivery with the Digital Transformation: Optimizing Costs, Experiences, and Outcomes. The session looks at emerging technologies and their role in improving patient experience.
1:45: Our good friend Dan Dodson from UNC Health will speak at the Digital's Next Imperative in Healthcare: Revitalizing the Staff Experience session in room W307A. Dodson will explore how healthcare mobile apps can strengthen patient engagement.

Thursday
