Patient Engagement at Beryl Institute's Elevate PX - What to Look For
We're excited to attend this year's Beryl Institute's Elevate PX event. As usual this is your chance to focus on patient experience and engagement with your peers, but the schedule can be overwhelming. To make it easier, here are a few suggestions from our team.
Wednesday - April 3rd, 2024
Start your first day off with the Community Gatherings from 8:30 A.M to 11:00. This is a great way to start your Beryl experience with some face-to-face networking.
Afterward, catch the Opening Keynote from 1:00 to 2:45 with Beryl Institute's President and CEO, Jason A. Wolf. This will be the perfect introduction to what to expect from this year's event.
3:30: Check out the session, Building Skills: A Pathway to Patient Connection, Team Collaboration and Leadership Effectiveness. This event will focus on how staff collaboration can improve the patient experience.
At 4:45, catch Putting Patients at the Center with High-Tech, High-Touch Solutions. Focusing on newer tech, this session will highlight the impact of digital solutions on patient experience.
End your first day at 5:15 in the Exhibitor Reception. Grab a drink and some food for some good old-fashioned networking.Be sure to stop by the Gozio booth to hear about the latest innovations in mobile patient engagement.
Thursday - April 4th, 2024
Begin your second day at 7:30 A.M. for some Breakfast and Table Topics. This will be a great opportunity to connect with peers to discuss specific topics.
11:30: Check out Using Data-Backed Storytelling to Elevate Patient Experience. As the name suggests, this session will examine how reliable data can improve the patient experience.
Afterward, grab some food from one of the buffets for a networking meal with other attendees.
Another exciting session at 11:30 is Transforming Patient Experience Through Real-Time Insights. This lunch and learn session will discuss how new technology can transform the patient experience.
2:15: Catch the session, Using Gratitude to Elevating the Human Experience. This event focuses on Southcoast Health's initiatives to improve the patient experience with a Gratitude Report.
Cap off your second day at 4:00 for Keynote Meet & Greet: Rick Guidotti. This will be a great chance to settle down for the day and network with fellow attendees.
Don’t forget to catch the PX Party at Mile High Station from 6:30-9:30. Enjoy networking, dining, and live music at the historic Mile High Station. Transportation is provided so there’s no excuses for not going!
Friday - April 5th, 2024
Start your last day at Beryl at 7:45 for another Breakfast and Table Topics session.
Once you've had your coffee and breakfast, check out Mobile First: Why Mobile Is a Critical Piece of Meeting Patients Where They Are at 9:00. Our Vice President of Marketing, Lea Chatham, will be facilitating a panel of experts from Novant, Temple, and KLAS.. This session will cover how a single mobile platform can improve patient engagement.
10:30- 12:00: Finish your Beryl experience with the final keynote of the event, Tiffany Christensen Patient and Family Advisor Award & Closing Keynote - Samantha Harris. During this keynote, Harris will discuss her own experiences as a patient dealing with breast cancer. She will dive into how this time helped her better understand the patient's journey.
After the keynote, Harris will be having a meet and greet to answer any questions from attendees.
