The 15th edition of PX Pulse, a national survey tracking peoples' current perspectives on the healthcare experience they have across the United States, has been released by The Beryl Institute and Ipsos. According to a press release, this report trends data related to the consumer experience from December 2019 through the first quarter 2024.
The report revealed that 91% of consumers continue to feel experience is important.

The PX Pulse has become a cornerstone of The Beryl Institute’s research. "What people see as important in their experiences remains clear and consistent. People still seek care because their health and wellbeing are important to them," said Jason A. Wolf, PhD, CPXP, President & CEO, The Beryl Institute in the report. "But what they want most from healthcare organizations is to be listened to, communicated to clearly, taken seriously, and provided clear plans of care. These reflections suggest that the importance of focusing on the relational nature of healthcare between patients and providers remains essential."
