We're fresh off of ViVE 2023 and Elevate PX, but no time to rest. Like many people in healthcare, we're off to our next event in a couple of days. Also like many people, we're headed to Becker's Annual Conference, one of the biggest events in the industry. Over 4,000 people will descend on Chicago next week for what Becker's describes as:
"Healthcare has never been static — disruption and innovation are constants. The continual challenges and changes demand industry leaders exchange best practices and ideas to improve care, enhance operational efficiency and address financial challenges. Becker's Healthcare is committed to facilitating these conversations. Over 4 days of sessions, you will hear 420+ elite hospital and health system executives discuss topics such as consumerism, the nursing workforce, value-based care, telehealth, physician burnout, payers, health equity and pharmacy costs. Join thousands of your executive peers to get a glimpse of the C-suite discussions happening at health systems across the country and leave with clear action items to improve your organization."
As usual, we are most interested in the conversations that look at healthcare consumer engagement, staff engagement, digital strategy, mobile experience, and the revenue conversations connected to these topics. To that end, we've already planned out our days to make sure we can squeeze as much of that in while still having time to network and maybe have some fun!
If you're interested in the same kinds of topics and trends, consider this agenda:
Monday, April 3
At 8:00 we're attending the Keynote Panel - The Growth Strategies and Culture of Top Performing Health Systems in the Grand Ballroom, but another one that looks good is the Semi-Keynote Panel: The Economics and Policies Shaping the Future of Healthcare in Grand I
Then we'll be off to Change Management in the Era of Disruption: Strategies for Executives at 8:45. Well, not really "off" since it is in the Grand Ballroom. Change management is a critical piece of moving big initiatives like mobile platforms forward so we're interested. There's also Take Patient Engagement to eh Next Level in Grand K which could be great for anyone needing some ideas about what to focus on ext.
9:30 AM brings Adopting Innovative Technologies: Cost Versus Avoidance. This is an interesting topic as we are having this conversation with many of our clients. See you in Grand MN for what promises to be a good conversation.
There are some more sessions and breaks and we'll be staffing our booth #1113. Come by if you're interested in learning about the latest in mobile engagement and strategy.
The next session we're interested in is at 1:30. Check out The C-Suite's Role in Tackling Physician Burnout. As we work to expand our platform to create unique experiences based on user types like staff, this one is right up our alley.
Then at 2:15 we'll be off to the Keynote Panel: Healthcare 2030: The Defining Issues and and Which Organizations Will Survive. We don't know what they will say but we think the ones who are innovative and forward-thinking, investing now in the best experience for patients and staff will have an edge.
Finally, on day one I think we should all go hear what Magic Johnson has to say. He's pretty amazing, and I'm sure it will be inspiring! After that, we hope to see you on the show floor for the reception.
Tuesday, April 4
We'll be up ridiculously early to host our Executive Roundtable where we are going to be talking about what's next in patient engagement, especially on mobile. When I say early, I mean it starts at 7:00 AM! Thank goodness they provide coffee.
After that, we'll be back at the booth #1113 and we hope we'll stop by.
At 9:40, we're heading to Leading Healthcare Consumerism Strategies in Grand I. Then off to Grand J for Culture Affects Patient Care And Experience and staying that room for Patient Experience and the Bottom Line.
After a lunch break, we're looking forward to a session in Grand I called Where to Start Building a Value and Innovation Culture at 1:30 PM.
Finally, looking forward to hearing Mark Cuban in the Grand Ballroom at 4:20. His session is being moderated by our good friend, Alexandra Cohen of Wambi. We're sure that will be a great conversation. Afterwards, we hope to see you our on the show floor for the reception. Come discuss any of the things you learned today. We love to talk strategy!
Wednesday, April 5
After breakfast, we plan to kick off with the Keynote Panel at 8:00 AM in the Grand Ballroom, Consumerism as a Health System in the Next 5 Years.
At 9:00 AM, we'll stay in the Grand Ballroom for the session What Will Add the Most Value to Healthcare Organizations in the Next 3 Years although, we are tempted to head off to Grand Suite 3 for Healthcare in Metaverse. If you go to that one, let us know about it.
The session, How to Drive Strong Financial Performance in the Emerging New Normal looks good in Grand K. We're interested in any session that helps us all better understand the way forward.
As we've probably mentioned, we bring all the digital patient-facing solutions into one mobile platform and that includes telehealth and hospital at home tools. So, no surprise, we are interested in the session Where Telemedicine and Hospital at Home Fit in Strategic Growth Plans at 2:35 in Grand G.
Then, it's time for Martha Stewart! And off to the final reception and more booth time. If you haven't yet had a chance to come talk to us, this is you last opportunity. Don't miss it. See you at booth #1113.
